How to prepare for your session:
Communication is by far the most important aspect to look for when booking a photographer. Once you have booked a session with Holly Werner Images, you will receive a questionnaire about your upcoming session. This gives Holly an idea of what type of photo session you are looking for! It also gives her an opportunity to get to know you and your loved ones.
Next, Holly will set up a consultation with you. This is short and sweet. Normally a perfect time for a cup of coffee. During the consultation you will have time to ask questions, set up a time/location, and talk about what to wear.
* Note: A 50% deposit will be required for your booked session during your consultation.
Days before your session, Holly will visit the location of your shoot to get familiar with the surroundings. Your session day will already be mapped out with ideas and inspiration.
* If your session is taking place at your home, Holly will set up a time to stop by at your convenience.
You will receive a friendly reminder about your appointment, one day prior to your booked session.
You will meet Holly at the time and location you set up at your consultation. Now all you have to do is be happy, feel pretty, and let Holly do all the work!
During the next few weeks, Holly will skillfully turn your images a masterpiece.
Once your images are ready, Holly will send you a link with all your photos. Here you will be able to choose up to the number of complimentary images given with your booked collection.

Lastly, you will meet with Holly one more time to receive your custom USB. You will also be presenting a variety of options to show off your images, such as albums, calendars, canvases, phone apps, and more!
Your online gallery will always be available. You are also welcome to share with friends and family so they have the opportunity to buy prints too!
